Latest Internship Programme

We are grateful for the internship programme which will hasten the ordination of our brothers and friends in the field. So that they may do the work of God freely. What are the challenges do you think they might encounter in this programme????

I heard about this internship programme haphazardly. No one seems to know about it and no-body seems to have all the answers for the questions that I, and others out there- have with this programme. If anyone out there is listening, 'could you come and present this to the Theology Students formarly, tell us what it is before asking for our comments (on something we don't know) and questions (which seemingly no one has an answer for them'. As I asked one of the advocates of the internship programme (in an informal conversation) I wish to plead and perhaps state it again that, "we need to hear about this in a proper way and be given a chance to debate it objectively and vigorously with emotions put aside". Until then my mouth is shut.
If this process (presentation and (public) debate) is not hastened, the negative comment(s) (which perhaps come out of ignorance) will persist and cause lot of damage and discouragement.

A physicist, Albert Einstein once said, "the only person who is authorised to speak is he who has recognised the value of silence".

A Strong Salute !!!

First and foremost let me admit that I did hear about this issue, However, **through the green flies***And I think it will be pellucid to say this above board that, at the moment this is a hearsay. We are not at grounds of sharing our ideological debates concerning this issue.

To ask for our idees, I qoute, "What are the challenges do you think they might encounter in this programme???." Whilst we are left down in the mouth and ignorant.

We need a situation where we will be able to combart our feelings and personal agendas and discuss this issue constructively. Otherwise we will be just building castles in the air.

Our leadership should save us from discusing from mendacity and succinct, compendious information.

If this issue will affect us as students as well as prospective students. Then we need to be well informed.

By now we cannot by any chance support or nalify the idea/issue because we are nether in SA nor in Zim [unaware/not certain].

Let us talk our issues and I am sure we will not regret.

In fine, let us get up from our armchairs and translate theory into practice.

Well, Prof... the President (of the TSA) has opened a platform and posed a challenge. The challenge is: "We are grateful for the internship programme which will hasten the ordination of our brothers and friends in the field. So that they may do the work of God freely. WHAT ARE THE CHALLENGES DO YOU THINK THEY MIGHT ENCOUNTER IN THIS PROGRAMME????" (emphasis mine)

This is an appeal to him to tell us who is 'we'?, what is this "internship programme" he's talking about?, "which will hasten the ordination of our brothers and friends in the field." it farther states that it will help them "do the work of God freely." which implies currently the different state of affairs. Who are the "They" in the 'they might encounter...'

Do you mind, Mr. President. Cud you tell us what are you talking about?

greetings friends.

i would like to add on the concers that my fellow brothers have. truely indeed, we need clarity in this issue, most of us are having a nagetive attituted towards this because of the unclear and clarified explanations. with due respect, if this internship programme is for our benefit, why is it not communicated to us in a formal manner( as in forum)? i think we deserve to know, especial when it concerns our future. all we need is clarity and transparency.
